Disbursement Account (D/A) management

Our dedicated Disbursement Team in Jakarta reviews your disbursements using our advanced calculators, historical data as well as an extensive agreement database. We simplify the process, identifying cost-saving opportunities and rectifying any wrong tariffs.

You can take advantage of this service without making any changes to your existing agency list. It’s offered on a neutral basis. Regardless of who is handling the port call – your own agent, one nominated by charterers, or Transk01 – we check your disbursement accounts with the same meticulous attention to detail.

Cash Management

Outsourcing your financial transactions with local ships agents – we handle all payments from a shared bank account for your convenience. We set up a dedicated bank account for you, leaving you in complete control of your funds. Our agreement engine allows you to easily manage prefunding terms, providing clear expectations upon appointment. We apply our standard hub payment terms, and proactively oversee your cash flow.

Our regional husbandry centre in Jakarta, Indonesia operates 24/7, seven days a week to provide continuous cover to put suppliers and assistance within easy reach of your vessel anywhere in Indonesia (Main Ports, Terminal, Anchorages, Straits, OPL, Yard/Shipyard, etc).
